Mini-cases

Case: Pumping station modernization (VFD + actuated valves + HMI)

Problem: Water flow was controlled manually by closing valves, with fixed-speed motors and no regulation — low energy efficiency and inconsistent control. The site had 4 pumps (75 kW each).

Approach: Designed the upgrade concept and delivered the full project: added variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motorized valves, implemented automatic control logic, and built an operator HMI on a touch panel.

Outcome: Stable automated flow control, improved energy efficiency, and a maintainable control system ready for long-term operation.

Case: Silo inventory measurement MVP (LiDAR + web dashboard)

Problem: The team needed a reliable way to measure the volume/level of bulk material in a silo and see the current inventory remotely.

Approach: Selected a suitable LiDAR sensor and built an MVP that reads measurements and exposes the current material level/volume via a simple web interface.

Outcome: Real-time visibility of silo inventory through a browser, enabling faster decisions and reducing manual checks.
